As a Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you should have around 7-10 years of experience and good understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools. You would work as part of a dynamic team involved with testing web, portal, applications, and other new systems and/or enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience testing Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
- Write and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
- Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.
- Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of QA experience
- Knowledge of API testing
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and end users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and innovations.
- Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus.
Work Location:
Position is based in Pune, with in-office presence as per company policy.
