Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports the Program Management (PM) team by assisting with project tracking, data collection, reporting, and internal coordination activities. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and timely project information, supporting Project Managers and Program Managers in monitoring progress, and ensuring that required updates and documentation are communicated effectively across internal teams. Project Coordinators contribute to smooth project execution by helping close information gaps and supporting day-to-day program operations.
The Program Management (PM) team plays a critical role in overseeing manufacturing projects from initial launch through mass production and final shipment. Functioning as a Manufacturing Program Management (MPM) organization, the team works closely with headquarters Sales, R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams to estimate resources, manage schedules, and align execution with customer requirements. The PM team coordinates cross-functional activities, balances customer commitments with internal efficiency, and adapts plans as conditions change. By serving as a key bridge between customers, headquarters, and manufacturing functions, the team supports timely execution and successful product delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collect, track, and maintain project-related data, including schedules, manufacturing progress, and status updates.
Prepare routine project reports, dashboards, and summaries to support Project Managers and Program Managers.
Follow up with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain) to gather required information and resolve data gaps.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring records are complete and properly organized.
Support coordination of internal meetings by preparing agendas, capturing action items, and tracking follow-ups.
Assist with monitoring project milestones and highlighting potential schedule risks or delays to the PM team.
Support administrative and analytical tasks related to project execution, resource tracking, and process improvement efforts.
Ensure project information is delivered accurately and on time to support effective decision-making.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Entry-level experience or internships in project coordination, manufacturing, operations, or administrative support are beneficial but not required.
