    • Systematically evaluate project progress against goals, schedules, and objectives

    • Conduct daily site coordination meetings with subcontractors and project teams

    • Ensure environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements are maintained throughout construction activities

    • Support start-up, commissioning, and testing activities during project closeout

    • Perform additional duties as assigned while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures

    • Employee may be required to visit job sites, field offices, and customer locations

    What You'll Bring

    • 20–25 years of substation or related facility construction experience with a proven track record on large, complex projects

    • Strong technical background in the installation and operation of high-voltage electrical facilities and associated systems

    • Thorough understanding of construction methods, equipment, scheduling, cost control, safety, engineering coordination, and craft labor management

    • Ability to lead teams in fast-paced field environments while managing multiple priorities

    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 20 pounds, standing, walking, bending, climbing, stretching, and crawling in both office and field environments

    • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions and uneven terrain

    • Ability to travel periodically for site visits, field verification, and project activities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

    • Experience supporting EPC projects in the electric power delivery industry

    • Experience managing subcontractors, field execution, and commissioning support activities

    • Familiarity with utility, substation, transmission, or industrial power projects
