About the Role:
We are looking for a fresh graduate or 6 months of experienced IT professional with good technical knowledge in the relevant field and good communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in different shifts (including night shifts) from time to time and will support our operations team in Bangladesh of 600+ colleagues.

Working hours:
Must be able to work during 3 different shifts on rotation: 8 AM - 4 PM; 3 PM - 11 PM; 11 PM - 7 AM

Working days: 5 working days per week. Friday will be one of the work days.

Work Mode: On-site, Fully Work from office

What you'll do:

• Ensure effective, resilient, and responsive IT support (hardware, software, networking) for different operational units, handling day-to-day IT activities accurately as per SLA.
• Screen the IT ticketing application and provide timely, accurate solutions to users as per SLA.
• Maintain IT assets (laptops and other electronic devices/equipment); keep accurate asset records and allocate assets to departments based on policy and requirement.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords; configure computer OS and security measures (antivirus, firewall, Active Directory/GPO) to ensure devices comply with security policies.
• Liaise with users to ensure requests or problem reports are satisfactorily resolved.
• Protect data on internal computing systems from unauthorized access and viruses.
• Responsible for LAN and WAN maintenance, including close liaison with the ISP.
• Manage the database for the web application.
• Identify automation opportunities and adopt AI capabilities to improve IT operations.
• In association with HR, handle all necessary actions for employee onboarding and exit, including completing the technical clearance process.

Who you are:

• BSc in CSE, ICT, or EEE from a reputed UGC-approved university.
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in a relevant field.
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written), along with strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels.
• Willingness and ability to work in different shifts, including night shifts from time to time.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Server Administration, Databases, and Email services.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, L2 & L3 connectivity, VPN, tunneling, and internet connectivity products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — both proactive/planned work and crisis/recovery situations.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor software errors, understand hardware components, and basic coding knowledge.
• AI certification will be an added advantage.
