Associate - Operations (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We are looking for a person who can work on the collection of databases and will be able to work billing details from client platform with precision and based on the given parameters and provide the client with the report. The scope of work will be the compilation and extraction of billing data and maintain 100% accuracy and standard required in a legal firm.

Working hours: 7 PM to 4 AM

Working days: Monday - Friday  (Saturday and Sunday weekend)

Work Mode: Work From Home

What you'll do:

• Extract and compile billing details from client paltform with precision.
• Schedule services for clients based on accurate and timely data entry.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in all entries, maintaining standards required in a legal firm.
• Interpret, verify, and process information from official notices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.

Who you are:

• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputed university.
• Knowledge of billing processes and invoice handling.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, serious, and dedicated to work quality.
• Must be able to work during night shift.
