Responsibilities:
1.- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
2. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
3. - Conduct initial screening, schedule, and conduct interviews.
4. - Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
5. - Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
6. - Plan and execute effective employee engagement activities.
7. - Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience.
8. - Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.
Other
Requirements:
1.- Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027.
2. - Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in hiring for sales roles.
3. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. - Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
5. - Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
6. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
