Traveling Construction Opportunities – Multiple States

Our traveling teams support projects in data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, mission-critical environments, and other large-scale commercial projects.

About the Role

The Traveling Construction Safety Coordinator supports safety operations on large-scale industrial and mechanical projects across multiple states. You’ll maintain a strong field presence, conduct inspections, support training, and work with project leadership to identify and reduce jobsite risks.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and identify hazards
• Enforce OSHA, ANSI, company, and project safety requirements
• Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and safety training
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions
• Monitor PPE, safe work practices, and high-risk activities
• Review JHAs, PTPs, permits, and other safety documentation
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of construction, industrial, or mechanical safety experience
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and construction safety practices
• Experience conducting inspections, risk assessments, and safety training
• Strong incident investigation and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel and project leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety/compliance technology
• CHST, CSP, or related safety credentials preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
