The Role

Our Digital Experience team is growing! We're looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team in London.
In this role you will turn conversion ideas into designs we can test across our brands. You'll design homepages, product listing pages, product detail pages and sign-up journeys for our experimentation programme, learn from every result and help build the patterns that let us test faster and grow our user base.
Key Responsibilities

• Design test variants for homepages, product listing pages (PLPs), product detail pages (PDPs) and sign-up flows, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file

• Help shape the end-to-end user journey, from first visit and registration through to browsing and engaging with offers

• Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read what the results tell us

• Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system so new tests launch faster across our brands

• Help with qualitative research, from usability sessions to reviewing recordings and survey feedback, to shape better hypotheses

About You

• A portfolio that shows how you design to get people to take action, from placements, freelance, a course or a first role

• Confident in Figma, including components and auto layout

• Curious about conversion: you want to know why one version wins and how to test it

• Able to take a brief and feedback and move quickly to a clean, considered design

• Experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, affiliate or lead generation is a bonus, not a requirement

• You thrive when working as part of a team

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Have excellent written and verbal English skills

• Last but not least, you'll have no ego!
