Sr. Collections Representative - Monday to Friday, Between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central
Pay range: $21+ per hour

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Third - Party AR by analyzing denied and un-responded claims
- Outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and check claims status
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to reconcile/resolve any issues
- Familiar with explanation of benefits
- Always Maintain Compliance and HIPAA standards
- Meet or exceed daily production standards by maintaining work list according to metrics
- Meet or exceed daily quality standards
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned
- Process insurance/patient refunds and adjustments
- Evaluate and respond to all emails request for any AR issues to resolve in a timely matter
- Researching Payors and informing of any updates to medical policies/bulletins
- Review billing requirements, and analysis of denial trends with payors, etc.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work between the hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Billing experience
- Familiar with explanation of benefits and appeals
