Responsibilities
- Bring the energy—deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service that keeps guests coming back.
- Make it fresh, make it right—support daily food production while following all food safety, prep, and sanitation standards.
- Lead the shift—train and support team members, delegate with purpose, and keep everyone focused and on track.
- Keep the store game-ready—maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked environment inside and out.
- Own the details—handle cash and lottery with accuracy, follow policies (including loss prevention), stay in uniform, communicate clearly, and get the job done right.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to support, guide, and communicate effectively with team members in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong customer-first mindset supported by positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Proven reliability and accountability with consistent attendance.
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and consistently align with company values.
- Prior food service experience preferred.

Compensation Disclosure Statement
Pay is from $16.50- $17.00 / hour QuickChek & Murphy USA take into consideration a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, education, as well as business and organizational needs. The listed range is specific to the base hourly rate or annual salary and does not include additional benefits, perks, or bonus eligibility (when applicable) comprising the total benefits package.
