š¼Ā Position Details
- Title:Ā Assistant Director
- Location: Bristol, PA
- Schedule: Monday ā Friday (varying shifts based on center needs)
- Compensation: $20-22 per hour (based on education and experience)

Ā Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CDA or Associateās degreeĀ in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working in aĀ licensed childcare facilityĀ as a Lead Teacher
- Managerial or supervisory experienceĀ in a childcare setting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and early childhood best practices
š¶Ā Key Responsibilities
- Support the Center Director in daily operations and center management
- Assist in developing and implementing programs that support child growth and staff development
- Conduct enrollment activities, including family tours and marketing efforts
- Ensure state and company licensing compliance through regular checks
- Guide teaching staff in curriculum development and classroom organization
- Foster strong, professional relationships with families and staff
- Physically able to engage with children, including lifting (up to 40 lbs), walking, sitting, running, and using stairs
