POSITION SUMMARY
Coastal Radiology, a Radiology Partners affiliate, is seeking a Remote General Radiologist to join our established and growing team. This position is primarily designed for radiologists seeking a fully remote daytime opportunity with flexible scheduling, while also offering a hybrid option for candidates interested in working onsite in New Bern, North Carolina. Both options provide the opportunity to join a supportive, collegial practice with an established infrastructure for efficient, collaborative workflow and long-term partnership growth.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW
Coastal Radiology is a progressive, physician-led, multispecialty radiology group comprised of 15 radiologists with a long-standing presence in eastern North Carolina. The practice provides comprehensive diagnostic and interventional radiology services across one regional medical center and six outpatient imaging facilities, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care throughout the region.
The group is supported by a robust, in-house IT team and an established infrastructure that enables an efficient, collaborative workflow and fosters a collegial practice environment focused on clinical excellence, stability, and long-term growth.

New Bern, North Carolina is a charming, historic coastal community situated where the Neuse and Trent Rivers meet, offering an exceptional quality of life with small-town appeal and easy access to water-based recreation and the Crystal Coast beaches. The area combines a mild, four-season climate with a low cost of living, excellent schools, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
HOSPITAL OVERVIEW
New Bern is home to CarolinaEast Health System, anchored by CarolinaEast Medical Center, a 350-bed, full-service regional hospital that has served coastal eastern North Carolina for more than 60 years. The medical center offers a broad range of inpatient services including cardiac care, critical care, women’s and children’s services, pediatrics, orthopedics, and advanced surgical and medical care, supported by a medical staff of more than 230 physicians across most major specialties. The system includes dedicated units for intensive and intermediate care, and features advanced technology such as robotic surgery, comprehensive imaging services, and a nationally recognized cancer program at the SECU Comprehensive Cancer Center. CarolinaEast also provides emergency care with a modern, high-capacity emergency department serving tens of thousands of patients annually.

COMPENSATION
The range for this position is $500k-$850k with the opportunity to earn more through productivity incentives. Final compensation determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to base compensation, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
