Job description

Lead, train, and develop the bar team through coaching and performance reviews.
Deliver exceptional bar service that enhances guest satisfaction and creates memorable experiences.
Oversee all daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and storage procedures.
Create and maintain effective stock management and cost-control strategies.
Ensure the bar is fully staffed, well-equipped, and prepared for daily operations.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment.
Maintain a safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Implement and monitor operational standards, SOPs, and quality procedures at all times.
Review sales performance, optimize stock rotation, and maintain profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Food & Beverage regulations.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Bar Manager
Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English.
EU citizenship.
