Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and stimulating environment where every individual’s contribution is essential to ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Accounting department, maintaining strong financial process controls, operational efficiency, and supporting hotel growth.
• Develop and implement business strategies, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Lead and manage the Accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, accountability, and performance.
• Take ownership of the hotel budget and overall Profit & Loss performance.
• Ensure that all accounting functions are properly controlled, reviewed, and developed in accordance with company standards.
• Analyse business performance and accounting practices, providing recommendations to improve financial results.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices, preparing all necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

• Proven experience in Accounting/Finance, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team management skills, with a hands-on approach and a leadership style based on leading by example.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to service quality.
• Ability to identify creative solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
• Good proficiency in IT systems and digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an advantage.
