Table Games Dealer I

· Greet each guest individually and pleasantly.

· Deal Table Games to guests according to the rules of the game being played.

· Maintain an orderly table as well as an appropriate game speed in a courteous manner.

· Determine winning and losing bets.

· Pay winning bets and collect losing bets accurately according to appropriate odds.

· Know Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs

· Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

· Shall be polite and maintain a priority system in accepting other position related job duties as assigned.

· WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT

· Must be able to stand and or sit for long periods of time.

· Must be able to remain focused on game protection at all times.

· Must be able to maintain focus in a high volume, fast paced environment where teamwork is essential.

· Must be able to multi-task.

· Must be able to handle physical and mental stress.

· Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

· Must be able to project a professional manner at all times.

· Must be able to stay calm in difficult situations.

· Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.

· Must be at least 21years of age.

· High School Diploma or G.E.D.

· Must complete and pass the Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel training course or have one (1) year external dealing experience.

· Must be able to pass a live audition.

· Must be able to pass a math test.

· Must know and pass a dealer competency exam on all games required by management.

· Must be able to operate basic equipment such as automated shufflers, etc.

· Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.

· This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.

· Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

· Must receive and maintain a valid high security gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.

· Native American preference will be observed in the hiring process.

· Must adhere to confidentiality policy
