This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the wash tunnel running efficiently during assigned shifts. While not responsible for full-site leadership, the Shift Lead is expected to uphold company standards, coach team members in real time, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
