About the role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in trading to support our clients on a daily basis. This role combines client relationship management, training, and hosting webinars, within a dynamic and international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the trading sector
- Provide personalized follow-up to build loyalty and grow the client relationship
- Train clients on the use of our trading tools and platforms
- Design and host webinars (product presentations, training sessions, market updates)
- Answer clients' technical and commercial questions
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, compliance) to ensure optimal client support
- Stay up to date on financial markets to enrich client conversations
Required profile
- Proven experience in trading, finance, or financial markets (Forex, CFD, equities, etc.)
- Experience in account management or a similar role
- Comfortable speaking publicly, with a real ability to train and simplify technical concepts
- Fluent English is essential
- French is a plus
- Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability with a variety of client profiles
- Comfortable using webinar tools (Zoom, Teams, or similar)
