As Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible both for acquiring new partners and nurturing existing relationships, in order to maximize the performance and revenue of our trading platform.
🎯 Your responsibilities
Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, trainers, trading communities, and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- Present and promote the benefits of our affiliate programs to potential partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure the successful onboarding of new affiliates.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to design attractive, tailor-made partnership offers.
- Track new partners' performance and support their growth.
Retention & Affiliate Development
- Build strong, lasting relationships with existing affiliates and strategic partners.
- Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized support.
- Analyze affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives that boost partner engagement and revenue generation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the affiliate program and partnership strategy.
✅ What we're looking for
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
- Significant experience in the trading industry (Forex, Prop Trading, FinTech, or similar sectors) required.
- Experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or client relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a solid commercial mindset.
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
