Officer - Business Banking Liabilities - Profile Change

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Profile Management

• Process requests for changes in customer profiles (e.g., authorized signatories, company name, legal status, contact details, ownership structure, etc.).
• Validate documentation submitted by clients for profile changes.
• Ensure updates are accurately reflected in core banking systems.

Compliance & Risk Control

• Verify changes against regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA).
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and audit standards.
• Flag discrepancies or suspicious activities to compliance teams.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Operations, Credit and Compliance teams for smooth execution of profile changes.
• Communicate with clients for clarification or additional documentation.

System & Data Integrity

• Maintain accurate records of all profile change requests.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure data consistency across systems.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in the profile change process and suggest enhancements.
• Support automation initiatives to improve turnaround time.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports on profile change requests and status.
• Track SLA adherence and escalate delays.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum Experience: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on compliance;

• Proficiency in different legal structures (e.g., sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, etc.) and relevant documentation.
