About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive to join our Direct Sales CC & PL department. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of personal banking products, with a primary focus on credit cards & Personal Loan. Your main objective is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's growth by acquiring new customers and cross-selling additional products. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience, allowing you to develop your sales and customer relationship skills.
What you will be doing:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Direct Sales Manager.
- Promote and sell Personal Loan products within assigned markets and customer segments
- Generate new business through:
- Cold calling
- Field visits
- Referrals and networking
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, group meetings, and roadshows to drive business growth.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Submit accurate MIS reports and competitor insights on a regular basis.
- Identify and leverage cross-sell opportunities across other banking products (e.g., credit cards, insurance, accounts).
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and suggest improvements to enhance sales performance.
Customer Relationship & Service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide end-to-end support in the loan application process, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Address customer queries effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure all applications are processed in line with bank policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation and KYC compliance.
- Adhere to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for all processes.
Team Contribution & Performance Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to facilitate timely approvals and disbursements.
- Support team performance by:
- Sharing best practices
- Contributing ideas to improve sales outcomes
- Demonstrate a result-oriented and high-performance mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales role
Skills

- Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a preference for Arabic language proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant sales or customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the allocated region for promotional activities and customer meetings.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on credit cards, is an advantage.
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
