We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused UAE National Tellers to join our Retail Banking team in Mussafah Branch-Abu Dhabi. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in banking while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth branch operations. Teller What You Will Do:

• Process customer transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque transactions, and remittances accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive branch banking experience.
• Ensure compliance with RAKBANK policies, operating procedures, and UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Support branch operations by maintaining accuracy in transaction processing and cash handling activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Assist customers with their day-to-day banking needs and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Contribute to a collaborative branch environment while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer care.

What We're Looking For:

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
