Drywall Installer

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Drywall Installer to join our team. What You’ll Do:

Measure, cut, and install drywall panels in residential homes according to project specifications Hang drywall on walls and ceilings using proper installation techniques Secure drywall panels with appropriate fasteners while maintaining quality standards Read basic blueprints and follow layout instructions Inspect completed work to ensure proper alignment, fit, and installation quality Work with finishing crews to ensure projects are ready for the next phase of construction Maintain a clean and organized jobsite while following company safety policies Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and builder deadlines What You Need: Previous experience installing or hanging residential drywall Ability to accurately measure, cut, and hang drywall panels Familiarity with drywall tools, materials, and installation techniques Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to safely lift and carry drywall sheets and work in physically demanding environments Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Benefits with RallyX, the management platform for RCG, include: Competitive Pay Insurance—Health, Dental, Vision for Full-Time employees 401k plan with matching investment Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays If you're someone with conviction, humility, and the courage to build something that matters — and you want to change the world alongside a team that refuses to drift into mediocrity — we invite you to join us.
