RAM offers internship opportunities for domestic and overseas students to gain valuable, real-world, and wide-ranging experience in real estate investment management and property management.

What this opportunity offers:

• Hands-on experience in investment management, fund operations and real estate valuation
• Exposure to a wide range of property types under management such as shopping centres, hospitals, medical facilities and commercial office buildings
• Unique insight into both listed and unlisted investments, deepening understanding of strategies and the fund lifecycle
• Involvement in capital transactions including the strategic acquisitions and divestments
• Interaction with the finance team on all facets of property accounting such as participating in monthly property management meetings, budgeting, and forecasting
• Exposure to property development including feasibility studies, cost estimations, and contract management
• Opportunities to attend industry presentations and on-site inspections to broaden market insights
• Assist with market research and investigating industry trends
• Direct mentorship and regular catch ups with experienced professionals
