What is the job?: As a FOH Shift Lead, you will create a welcoming dining experience and ensure exceptional service for our guests. Utilizing your leadership skills and strong work ethic, you will enhance guest satisfaction while guiding your team towards operational excellence.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Efficiently manage the opening and closing tasks for the shop, including setting up and breaking down stations, ensuring all systems are operational, and conducting end-of-shift audits.
- Station Management: Work across all front-of-house stations to ensure smooth operation, adherence to service standards, and proper training.
- Training: Provide training and support to new and existing staff, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the company's service standards.
- Guest Services/Hospitality: Ensure excellent guest service by addressing guest needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Comps and Voids: Manage and authorize comps and voids as necessary, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Clock Ins and Outs: Check and verify clock ins and clock outs to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll records.
- Labor and Sales Reports: Review labor and sales reports to determine staffing needs and adjust labor levels for the shift.
Quality Oversight: Monitor and oversee each front-of-house position to ensure quality work and adherence to company standards.
