We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead and support our General & Orthopaedic Surgical Ward. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care and foster a supportive team environment within a leading healthcare organisation.
As an ANUM, you will work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the ward. You will play a crucial role in clinical leadership, staff development, and maintaining exceptional standards of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

You are a highly motivated Registered Nurse with significant experience in Orthopaedic and General surgical wards, including previous leadership or supervisory experience. You possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to lead with confidence and compassion. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates:
Remuneration
$57.44 - $59.33 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)
