Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced nurse leader as a Director of Clinical Services to provide clinical leadership and support operational excellence across North Shore Private Hospital; a leading acute care facility located in St Leonards on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. This senior nursing leadership role will be responsible for driving safe, high-quality, patient-centred care, the professional practice and development of the nursing and midwifery workforce, and strengthening clinical governance, and service improvement across the hospital. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Team, clinical leaders, VMOs and corporate stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, improve operational performance and support the hospital’s continued growth and success.
