You will provide specialised pharmaceutical care to oncology patients while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.

- Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage

What you will bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- Oncology pharmacy experience preferred. Hospital pharmacy experience essential.
- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
- You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.
- Minimum 2 years experience required.
