We're looking for dependable Culinary Utility Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout The Brook's Food & Beverage operations. In this role, you'll play an essential part in creating great guest experiences by ensuring restaurants, bars, kitchens, dining areas, and support spaces remain spotless, organized, and ready for service.

What You'll Do
- Deep clean kitchens, restaurants, bars, dining areas, storage rooms, and support spaces
- Maintain floors, walls, windows, equipment, and hard-to-reach areas
- Remove trash, recycling, and debris safely and efficiently
- Keep supply and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while following company procedures
- Respond quickly to spills, cleaning requests, and facility needs
- Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues
- Support daily operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning, custodial, porter, or janitorial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English
- Dependable, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including early morning shifts as needed
