We're looking for motivated Dunkin' Shift Leaders to join The Brook's team. In this role, you'll help lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure guests receive exceptional service while maintaining Dunkin' brand standards. What You'll Do
- Lead and support restaurant team members throughout each shift
- Ensure food, beverage, safety, and service standards are consistently met
- Assign tasks, communicate priorities, and provide coaching and feedback
- Support training, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
- Help resolve guest concerns and create positive experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and cash-handling experience
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
