We're looking for a dependable and motivated Cook to join our culinary team at The Brook. In this role, you'll help deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment while supporting fellow team members and creating an exceptional guest experience. From food preparation and line cooking to maintaining food safety standards, you'll play an important role in every service.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guest specifications
- Grill, fry, broil, and assemble dishes while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and daily cleaning duties
- Follow food safety, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
- Work closely with chefs and team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Help prepare food for large groups and high-volume service periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous cook or line cook experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and inventory rotation practices
- Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and written instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized under pressure
- Flexible availability, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude
- Ability to obtain a New Hampshire Food Service/Health Card
