We're looking for friendly, dependable Sportsbook Ticket Writers to help create an exciting and welcoming experience for guests at The Brook. In this role, you'll assist guests with sports wagering, answer questions, process bets accurately, and help both experienced and first-time bettors feel comfortable and informed. From providing exceptional guest service to maintaining compliance with gaming regulations, you'll play an important role in delivering a best-in-class sportsbook experience.

What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to sportsbook guests
- Process sports wagers accurately and efficiently
- Assist both regular and novice bettors with understanding betting options and procedures
- Answer guest questions and help them make informed, responsible wagering decisions
- Learn betting lines, wagering formats, and sportsbook operations
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation in accordance with company policies and gaming regulations
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Adhere to all sportsbook procedures, company policies, and gaming regulations
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer service-oriented personality
- Passion for sports and interest in sports wagering
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive transactions
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Sports betting knowledge or experience preferred, but not required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Looking to grow and develop into future leadership opportunities
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
