We're looking for engaging and customer-focused Table Games Floor Supervisors to help lead gaming operations at The Brook. In this role, you'll oversee table game activity, support dealers, ensure regulatory compliance, and create a fun, welcoming experience for our players. From monitoring game integrity and resolving guest concerns to coaching team members and supporting daily pit operations, you'll play a key role in the success of our gaming floor.

What You'll Do
- Supervise table games operations and support dealers throughout each shift
- Monitor player and dealer activity to ensure game integrity and regulatory compliance
- Maintain table funds, process fills and credits, and safeguard gaming assets
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while delivering exceptional customer service
- Coach, support, and provide direction to dealers and table games team members
- Communicate operational updates and gaming activity to management
- Ensure compliance with NH gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
- Complete operational paperwork, player ratings, and shift documentation
- Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gaming environment
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of table games dealing experience required
- Prior floor supervision or leadership experience is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer service-oriented personality
- Enjoys interacting with guests and helping create a fun gaming experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of table games operations and gaming procedures
- Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to lead by example
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Primary GOC License
- The Brook will cover the initial licensing fee; renewal fees are the responsibility of the employee
- Must be available to work Sundays, as well as Swing and Night shifts
