1、负责楼宇自控系统的调试及维护工作；
2、负责对客户进行售前及售后技术支持，解决后期维护保养项目中出现的各类问题；
3、负责编制自控系统的平面图、系统图、原理图、盘箱接线图和系统调试方案；
4、负责制定项目维护保养计划，对维护保养项目按计划进行维护服务；
5、负责管理团队指派的项目，完成项目订货、开票、实施、验收及收款等一系列项目流程工作；
6、客户深入沟通，挖掘内部维护项潜在的改造订单机会及外部项目订单机会； 7、具备较强的沟通能力，有拓展业务的兴趣协助跟踪商务机会。
8、有较好的团队精神，能够团结一致完成项目
1、电气自动化、自动化控制、计算机、机电一体化、暖通等相关专业，本科(含)以上学历；
2、资深5年以上楼宇自控相关工作经验，有大型BMS楼宇自控系统改造项目技术负责经验，精通楼宇自控控制原理。精通VAV系统原理和调试方法，风平衡，冷热源群控，节能控制等。对于OPC/Modbus/BACnet等协议有一定的知识积累及实践经验。
3、熟悉楼宇智能化产品，熟悉霍尼韦尔楼控产品优先考虑，熟悉安防系统优先考虑，熟练掌握Office/AUTOCAD/Visio软件，具备较强的英语基础； 有一级建造师证书优先考虑。
5、具有较强的学习、动手能力和分析、解决问题能力，有较好的团队精神。
6、性格开朗，思维敏捷能适应较快的工作节奏，能适应短期出差工作。
