    Job description

    As a Maintenance Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance and operational efficiency of our organization's physical facilities and manufacturing equipment. You will apply your engineering knowledge and technical skills to ensure that facilities and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and operating at optimal levels to support business success.

    In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and building systems by providing technical support and executing maintenance activities that enhance operational efficiency and safety

    Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained effectively and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
    • Support the engineering team in troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing facility systems and manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency.
    • Participate in inspections and quality assessments to identify maintenance needs and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly.

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • · Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related engineering roles
    • · Knowledge of building systems, manufacturing equipment maintenance, and safety regulations
    • · Proficiency with maintenance management systems, troubleshooting tools, and basic engineering software
    • · Experience with preventive maintenance practices and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

    WE VALUE

    • · Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
    • · Experience in industrial or manufacturing facility environments
    • · Familiarity with energy-saving initiatives and sustainable maintenance practices
    • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to facility and equipment maintenance
    • · Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in facility operations

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    COMPENSATION

    The annual base salary range for this position is <$67,700 - $86,100>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
