    The Principle CX Prog Mgt Professional, Customer Experience Transformation – M&A Integration & S/4 Readiness leads strategic Customer Experience transformation initiatives that enable business growth, operational scale, and enterprise modernization.

    This role is initially focused on leading Customer Experience integration activities for acquired PT businesses, ensuring successful transition of Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes into Honeywell operating models and systems. As Honeywell's Helix / S/4HANA transformation progresses, the role expands to lead CX change management, business readiness, and adoption activities across CX Shared Services globally and, over time, additional SBGs.

    The role partners with business, functional, and technology teams to drive process standardization, organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of new operating models, tools, and ways of working while maintaining a strong customer focus.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    M&A Integration Leadership

    • Lead Customer Experience integration workstreams for acquired businesses, including Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes.
    • Partner with business and functional leaders to align people, process, data, and systems requirements during integration activities.
    • Develop and execute integration plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure operational readiness for successful transition into Honeywell.
    • Identify and drive standardization, efficiency, and synergy opportunities across acquired organizations.
    • Provide executive-level reporting and communication on integration progress, risks, and outcomes.

    S/4HANA Change Management & Readiness

    • Lead CX change management and business readiness activities supporting Helix / S/4HANA deployments.
    • Prepare CX teams for migration from legacy environments, including CIP300 and BRP900, to future-state S/4 processes and operating models.
    • Conduct stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, readiness reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
    • Partner with S/4 program teams, process owners, training teams, and business leaders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
    • Support deployment readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
    • Establish and leverage change champion and SME networks to drive adoption across regions and business groups.

    Transformation & Operational Excellence

    • Drive process harmonization, standardization, and adoption of best practices across CX Shared Services.
    • Support Voice of Customer (VOC) and Closed Loop initiatives by translating customer insights into transformation opportunities.
    • Partner with CX Operations, Operational Excellence, Training, Digitization, and OTC Transformation teams to ensure sustainable implementation of change.
    • Support implementation of digital, automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives that increase productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centric decision making.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Significant experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, business transformation, ERP deployment, acquisition integration, or related leadership roles.
    • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programs in a global environment.
    • Strong understanding of Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, and customer-facing business processes.
    • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups, executive communications, risks, and program governance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or Master's degree preferred.
    • Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, ERP deployments, or large-scale business system transformations.
    • Experience with acquisition integration and operating model transitions.
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
    • Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or other structured change management methodologies.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to lead through influence within a complex matrix organization.
    • Global business services or shared services experience preferred.

    • Successful integration of acquired businesses into Honeywell CX operating models.
    • Achievement of integration milestones, readiness targets, and value realization objectives.
    • Effective deployment and adoption of Helix / S/4HANA across impacted CX organizations.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness across deployment waves.
    • Improved process standardization, scalability, data quality, and operational effectiveness.
    • Sustainable adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
    • Positive impact on customer experience, employee experience, productivity, and business performance.
