As a Purchasing Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function.
You will report directly to our Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager, and you’ll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's financial health and operational excellence by managing procurement projects, leading a team of procurement professionals, and fostering strong supplier relationships to ensure a resilient and cost-effective supply chain.
Purchasing Manager for Direct Material at the plant will be the focal point for Direct Material Purchasing to Plant leadership and Plant cross functional lanes. Lead purchasing of raw materials and critical outsourcing for LNG Heat Exchangers at Port Manatee, FL Plant and oversee Source to Contract (Sourcing) and Pay to Procure (Purchasing Operations) activities at the plant.
