We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Order to Cash (OTC) operations as a Senior Disputes Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer disputes, directly impacting customer satisfaction and cash flow. Reporting to the Disputes Leader, you will lead a team of dispute resolvers, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. Your leadership will be key in enhancing dispute resolution processes and reducing recurring issues.
This is a headcount neutral role and the supervisor will have dual role to resolve the disputes assigned to them along with the responsibilities of supervising the disputes resolver.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
