Regional HR partner - 12 Months Contract
As a Regional HR Partner- Temp here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.
You will report to our HR manager Nordics and you will work out of our Asker, Norway location on a Hybrid 3:2 work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
• Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
• Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
