Summary

Join our Customer Experience team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey across the order lifecycle. As a  Customer Experience Specialist, you will manage complex order processing activities, support customer account administration, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, contracts, and projects within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Process invoices, credit requests, order confirmations, and customer account updates while maintaining high service quality standards. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, finance, and operations teams to support customer requirements and resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor deliveries, communicate order status updates, and proactively manage customer expectations regarding timelines and changes.
• Support dispute resolution activities, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Provide reporting, share knowledge with team members, and support onboarding, training, audits, and other business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Order Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems; knowledge of SFDC is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, German language - nice to have
• Strong customer focus, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
