Realizuje meranie podľa požiadavky na meranie z rôznych oddelení na základe nariadenia priameho nadriadeného alebo manažéra kvality a zodpovedá za chod laboratória. V rámci zodpovednosti za meranie na 3D zariadení, je zodpovedný za 5S a úlohy zverené priamým nadriadeným alebo Manažérom kvality. Zodpovedá za tvorbu programov pre 3D meranie, vytváranie a posudzovanie meracích protokolov. / Performs measurements as requested from various departments as directed by immediate supervisor or Quality Manager and is responsible for the operation of the laboratory. Under the responsibility of measurement on 3D equipment, is responsible for 5S and tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or Quality Manager. Responsible for creating 3D measurement programs, creating and reviewing measurement reports.

• Zodpovedá za / Responsible for:
- realizáciu požiadavky na meranie z rôznych oddelení na 3D zariadení / implementation of the measurement requirement from various departments on the 3D equipment
- tvorbu porgramov pre 3D meranie / creation of porgrams for 3D measurement
- vytváranie a posudzovanie meracích protokolov / creation and assessment of measurement protocols - prispôsobovanie metód skúšania s dodávateľmi / adapting test methods with suppliers
- dodržiavanie platných externých noriem pre kvalitu podľa systému manažérstva kvality a platných interných noriem a predpisov / compliance with applicable external standards for quality according to the quality management system and applicable internal standards; and regulations
- schvaľovanie a uvoľňovanie dodaných materiálov, súčiastok z pohľadu kvality v SAP-e / approval and release of delivered materials, components from the quality point of view in SAP
- spracovanie výsledkov kontroly a skúšok kvality dodaných materiálov / processing of inspection results and quality tests of delivered materials
- správne používanie a udržiavanie zverenej meracej techniky / correct use and maintenance of the entrusted measuring technology
- prípravu programov pre merané materiály, súčiastky na 3D zariadení / preparation of programmes for the measured materials, components on 3D equipment
- plnenie stanovených cieľov oddelenia a zverených indikátorov / meeting the department's set objectives; and the indicators entrusted to them
• Eskaluje na nadriadeného nezhody v procese a riziká s tým spojené / Escalates to supervisor disagreements in process and the risks involved
• Komunikuje s oddelením výroby, logistiky / Communicates with the production department, Logistics
• Spolupracuje pri analýzach s príslušnými oddeleniami / Collaborates in analyses with relevant departments
• Zodpovedá za interné merania, skúšky, analýzy, záznamy(reporty) z uvedených meraní, skúšok a analýz podľa pokynov priameho nadriadeného alebo manažéra kvality / Responsible for internal measurements, tests, analyses, records (reports) of said measurements, tests and analyses as directed by the direct supervisor or quality manager
• Postupuje v zmysle platných interných smerníc, pracovných postupov a platnej legislatívy / Proceeds in accordance with the applicable internal directives, working procedures and applicable legislation
• Zodpovedne a načas plní pracovné úlohy a inštrukcie nadriadeného / Responsibly and on time performs the supervisor´s tasks and instructions
• Zúčastňuje sa a reportuje výsledky zverenej oblasti v štruktúrach Tier podľa interných požiadaviek / Participates and reports the results of entrusted area in Tier structures according to internal requirements
• Zodpovedá za prácu v systéme SAP v spolupráci so SAP podporným tímom / Responsible for work in SAP in cooperation with support team.
• Podporuje technikov a inšpektorov kvality a kvality inžinierov analýzami nezhodných dielov od dodávateľov/zákazníkov/z procesu výroby / Supports Quality and SQE engineers and inspectors with analyses of non-conforming parts from suppliers/customers/production process
• Zodpovedá za zverené prostriedky (prístroje, nástroje, pomôcky... ) potrebné k výkonu pridelenej práce / Responsible for the entrusted means (instruments, tools, aids..) necessary to carry out the assigned work
• Vykonáva činnosti zabezpečujúce poriadok a čistotu na pracovisku a dodržiava 5S / Performs activities that ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace and follow 5S method
• Dodržiava pracovnú disciplínu, BOZP, Kódex správania a všetky zamestnávateľom definované pravidlá, správne používa OOPP a efektívne využíva pracovný čas / Follows work discipline, HSE, Code of conduct, and all employer-defined rules, uses PPE correctly and uses working time efectively
• Aktívne sa podieľa na projektoch súvisiacich so zlepšením práce / Actively participates in projects related to work improvement

Gross salary per month starting from 2500 €
