Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Bindery Machine Operator to join our production team at Range Printing — where craftsmanship meets creativity. In this hands-on role, you’ll help transform printed sheets into beautifully finished products using state-of-the-art bindery and finishing equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate a variety of finishing equipment — including cutters, folders, stitchers, and trimmers — to produce top-quality finished materials.
- Review job specs and production schedules to ensure every project runs smoothly and on time.
- Inspect work for precision and quality, making fine-tuned adjustments as needed.
- Keep equipment in top shape through regular maintenance and cleaning.
- Work closely with teammates across departments to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and help us raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
