Job Title: Pro-shop Attendant

FLSA Status: Part-time, hourly
Hours include evenings, nights, and weekends

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and organized Pro-shop Attendant who thrives in a sports environment. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a high-volume sports facility and see firsthand what it takes to run successful programs and engage athletes and their families.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet players, families, and coaches with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Manage scheduling for lessons, camps, clinics, and facility rentals using booking software
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programs, and events
• Assist in selling memberships with knowledge about benefits of joining, etc.
• Facilitate check-ins for camps, clinics, lessons, cage rentals, and special events
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and retail area
• Assist management with minor administrative and facility-related tasks
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of training areas and events as needed
• Restock refrigerator and concession stand as needed.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Passion for baseball, softball, or sports in general
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Software requirements using Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other systems
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time
