    What is the opportunity?

    You will act as a PMO Analyst and standardises and optimizes project delivery by implementing and managing PMO processes, monitoring project health, and providing governance oversight across the program.

    Core responsibilities include:

    •            Project support & tracking

    •            Process & governance

    •            Stakeholder communication

    •            Data & Analysis

    This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the 10 Fenchurch Avenue, London office.

    What will you do?

    Project Support & Tracking

    •            Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables against approved plans.

    •            Track project metrics and KPIs; identify variances and escalate issues.

    •            Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards.

    •            Prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

    Process & Governance

    •            Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies.

    •            Support the development and implementation of PMO processes and best practices.

    •            Conduct project audits and health checks.

    •            Maintain project portfolio visibility and reporting.

    Stakeholder Communication

    •            Coordinate with project managers, teams, and executives.

    •            Facilitate project meetings and document action items.

    •            Prepare executive summaries and presentations.

    •            Serve as point of contact for PMO inquiries.

    Data & Analysis

    •            Collect and analyze project performance data.

    •            Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

    •            Support resource planning and capacity analysis.

    •            Develop templates and tools to streamline reporting.

    Business Management Strategic Initiatives

    •            Adhoc assistance to help drive GS Strategic Initiatives as needed.

    What do you need to succeed?

    Must-have

    • Robust Project management experience.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
    • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
    • Strong communication skills and good attention to detail.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
    • Experience supporting financial planning or cost tracking.
    • Exposure: cyber risk, control frameworks, or operational metrics.
    • Understanding: cybersecurity or technology operating environments.
    • Track record of building partnerships between cybersecurity, finance, and technology teams to align metrics with business objectives.
