The Role
As a Sales & Service Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our vehicle range and delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell vehicles to prospective and existing customers.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Promote our business and vehicle stock through advertising and social media channels.
- Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to maximise opportunities.
- Stay up to date with vehicle market trends, products, and best practices.
- Continuously develop your skills through feedback and training
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, and commercially focused with a genuine passion for customer service.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-focused retail sales environment.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional approach at all times.
Knowledge
- Good understanding of vehicle features and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Competent IT skills, including experience using common business software applications.
Qualifications
- GCSE (or equivalent) passes in Maths and English.
