RCGT is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its rapidly growing M&A and Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will join a highly entrepreneurial and active advisory group, which has established a strong position in Quebec’s mid-market segment, providing impactful and customized advisory services to its clients at key junctures in their business’ evolution. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on transaction experience under the guidance and coaching of the group’s experienced leaders.
The M&A and Corporate Finance team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and self-starter candidate who will assist in the execution and production of complex financial analyses, research, marketing materials and presentations in a wide spectrum of industries. As the successful candidate’s career progresses, they will be expected to take on increased responsibilities by playing an integral role in managing live transactions and client relationships, including mentoring junior resources.

Minimum educational credentials should consist of an undergraduate degree in business (or equivalent) ideally with a focus in Finance or Accounting. Additional post-secondary education including MBA, or additional professional accreditations or designations such as CFA, CPA/CA, CBV are strongly desired.
