    Job description

RCK Partners is specialist consultancy practice based in the City of London, specialising in innovation funding and tax relief. Since incorporation in 2020, we have quickly risen to market leading prominence and now firmly sit within the top providers in the industry. Our impact on the industry has gained recognition from the likes of former Chancellor of the Exchequer, Lord Philip Hammond, who now Chairs our Board, as well as numerous Tax Award nominations.

    About the Role

Due to our continued and rapid growth, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing commercial team. The Graduate BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and targeted campaigns — booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

This role requires a confident communicator who is comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, while also using email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects and convert interest into meetings. This is a strictly office-based role, therefore please only apply if you are genuinely willing/able to commit to commuting to our City of London offices five days per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business leads and book qualified appointments for the BD team.
    • Make a minimum of 70 dials per day, supported by structured email and social outreach.
    • Research and identify potential prospects across key target sectors.
    • Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and pipeline within CRM systems.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and BD teams to refine messaging, targeting, and lead quality.
    • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement, ensuring a positive first impression of RCK.
    • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
    • Stay up to date on RCK’s service offering and market trends to confidently discuss our value proposition.

    About You

    • Russell Group University graduate with a 1st Class Honours or 2:1
    • Confident, charismatic approach and very keen to develop a career within a fast-paced, highly dynamic sales environment
    • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and communicating across multiple channels
    • Highly competitive with great drive and enthusiasm, passionate to exceed expectations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
    • Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results
    • Organised and disciplined with strong time management skills
    • Team player with a proactive approach and a desire to learn and progress

    .

At RCK Partners, we ensure that our people are compensated well for the work they do, which includes a highly competitive benefits package:

    Benefits:

    • Feasible ability to double your base salary in Yr 1 through generous commission & bonus incentives
    • 5% employer-based Pension contribution on auto-enrolment basis
    • Private Medical Cover via BUPA
    • Income Protection
    • Life Assurance
    • An expansive benefits window, with the flexibility to add additional benefits throughout the year
    • 2 x days volunteering per annum
