Overview
The Financial Solution Consultant is an integral member of the strategic implementation organization, helping customers successfully deploy and maximize RealPage solutions.
This customer-facing role combines financial expertise, consulting, technology, and project leadership. You will guide customers through discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.
You will partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to understand business needs, recommend practical solutions, manage change, and deliver measurable improvements to financial and operational processes.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000–$115,000 annually, with a maximum salary of $115,000, depending on location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer processes, goals, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into effective RealPage product and solution recommendations.
- Guide customers through implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the customer engagement.
- Develop change-management strategies that support adoption and long-term success.
- Track requirements, adoption, project risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Facilitate meetings with customer contacts ranging from operational teams to Directors and regional leaders.
- Collaborate with Engagement Management, Product, Technical, and Support teams.
- Support integrations and workflows involving financial systems, data, and related technology.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and consulting-practice initiatives.
- Travel domestically up to 35%, based on customer and business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial consulting, accounting, financial operations, SaaS implementation, business analysis, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience supporting technology implementations, integrations, or process-improvement initiatives.
- Ability to gather requirements, assess current-state processes, and design future-state solutions.
- Strong project-management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead conversations and present recommendations to Directors and regional leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- General knowledge of the multifamily industry is preferred.
- Limited domestic travel may be required, up to 35%.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with RealPage products or related multifamily technology.
- Experience with financial-system integrations or complex SaaS implementations.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
