£13.65 - £14.20 per hour + Paid Overtime • Full Time, 37.5 hrs/week, 5 days incl weekends • Surbiton, South West London

What you’ll be doing
You’ll help create a safe, nurturing and structured home where children develop independence, confidence and life skills, supporting personal care where needed, and helping children access education, hobbies and new experiences. No two days are ever the same, but every day is meaningful.

About you
You’ll be a great fit if you have at least a year’s experience as a Support Worker in residential childcare and a genuine passion for improving children’s lives. Experience with autism or complex needs are desirable.
