Operator monitorizare TV
Responsabilitatile acestui post, constau in procesarea unor fisiere video, identificarea evenimentelor difuzate (program, break publicitar, etc) si introducerea acestora intr-o baza de data.
Se asigura training de specialitate si suport ulterior pentru formarea profesionala.
Departamentul de monitorizare TV este de tip “flux continuu” , ceea ce presupune lucrul in ture, conform programarii, prin rotatie, inclusiv in weekend si in zilele de sarbatori legale (compensate cu zile libere platite, conform legii). Norma de lucru se incadreaza in 40 de ore timp saptamanal de lucru.
Turele sunt in felul urmator:
1 saptamana dimineata
6:00-12:00 – Luni - Vineri, Sambata Liber, Duminica 12:00-22:00
1 saptamana dupa amiaza
16:00:22:00 – Luni - Vineri, Sambata 12:00:22:00, Duminica Liber Fiind vorba de furnizare servicii, se lucreaza si in zilele de sarbatoare legala
Avand in vedere faptul ca sunt furnizori de servicii, clientul nostru are obligatia raportarii datelor la ore fixe, este foarte important ca potentialul candidat sa inteleaga acest tip de activitate, sa fie constiincios si sa trateze cu seriozitate atributiile de serviciu.
Profilul candidatului ideal:
- Absolvent studii superioare (constituie un avantaj, insa nu este obligatoriu) minim studii medii, cu diploma de bacalaureat
- Comunicare scrisa corect in limba romana
- Desi nu este obligatoriu, constituie un avantaj cunoasterea limbii engleze , cel putin, nivel minim conversational
- Persoana calma, responsabila, organizata, rabdatoare, cu atentie la detalii
- Activitate vizuala buna
- Adaptabil la munca repetitiva, de rutina
- Disponibil pentru lucrul in ture
- Capacitatea de a lucra cu termene limita
- Comunicativ cu colegii, avand in vedere faptul ca este o munca de echipa
