    Job description

    IN A NUTSHELL

As part of the Content Team, you'll develop, produce and reversion audience-first content across the Red Bull TV ecosystem. Global FAST content will be your primary focus, with an emphasis on creating memorable one-offs and repeatable formats that introduce mainstream audiences to the world of Red Bull using audience-first storytelling principles inspired by how people consume content today. Key source material will include archive footage, athlete projects, YouTube productions, and a spectrum of live events with athletes, culture makers, and creators. This role is development- and post-production-heavy, with occasional opportunities to work on set. There will also be opportunities to support content for the Red Bull TV app, partner platforms and out-of-home distribution. With strong YouTube instincts and social sensibilities, as well as a keen eye for contemporary audience tastes and viewing habits, you'll identify opportunities, develop compelling concepts and help shape future content initiatives through audience insight, performance data and creative experimentation.

    CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Generate, develop and pitch distinctive one-offs and repeatable formats informed by audience behaviour, performance insights, platform needs and programming strategy. Identify opportunities within Red Bull's archive, live event portfolio, athlete and creator ecosystem, and transform them into compelling stories, concepts and formats. Reimagine existing content, extend live events and tentpole properties through evergreen and flanker content, and develop new approaches for introducing mainstream audiences to the world of Red Bull. Drive some projects independently and develop others in close collaboration with colleagues across departments and markets. Leverage learnings from creative experimentation, performance data, and the wider media landscape to refine future output, and strengthen future creative strategy.  Bring a contemporary understanding of cross-platform audience tastes and storytelling trends to evaluate acquisition opportunities. Use strong creative judgement to identify emerging opportunities across the Red Bull ecosystem and help shape future programming and content development priorities.

    PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP

Manage a slate of projects, from concept through production and delivery, coordinating editors, production companies and other internal or external partners as required. Balance creative ambition with efficient production practices, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timelines and budgets. Your slate will include a wide range, from original productions, adaptations, and on air promotions.

    YOUTUBE FLUENCY

A core skill required is collaborating with internal colleagues to reversion and repackage YouTube content for Red Bull TV, always maintaining   the strongest packaging and retention principles. The right candidate will be informed on evolving YouTube trends, formats and creators, and identify opportunities to apply relevant learnings and build connections across the Red Bull TV ecosystem.

    • 3+ years of experience developing and producing 16:9 content, ideally across YouTube, FAST, VOD, or social.

    • Strong understanding of YouTube storytelling, packaging, audience retention and content performance principles.

    • Demonstrated creative judgement and audience instincts, with the ability to identify opportunities others may overlook and translate them into compelling content concepts that resonate with mainstream audiences.

    • Ability to identify opportunities within archive, live event, athlete, creator and existing content, and transform them into engaging stories and formats.

    • Strong experience managing development and post-production workflows, including collaboration with editors, VFX teams, production companies and external vendors from concept through delivery.

    • Confidence using audience insights, performance data and programming strategy to inform creative decisions, optimise output and shape future content opportunities.

    • Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across international teams while independently progressing multiple projects.

    • Genuine enthusiasm for the world of Red Bull across sports and culture, paired with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

    • Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month.
